The owner is a pretty good dude and quite accommodating. The first room we were given did not meet our expectations (too small), and upon letting him know, he did not hesitate to upgrade us to a better suite at no additional charge. I appreciate the customer service.The location cannot be beaten, maybe 300 meters from the beach, 50 meters to a convenience store, and close enough to some of the town's good restaurants.They also have a large, secure parking lot. Excellent double rooms with private bathroom, have AC, TV, refrigerator with large freezer and equipped kitchen.It also has a pool of 1.38 m deep, it is a very quiet place near Marino Ballena Park. It has a supermarket about 100 m from the accommodation.100% Recommendable, very friendly and nice staff
